ICTS Member Registration Guidelines

Who Should Register?

Must be from an ICTS partner institution:

  1. Investigators who conduct or participate in clinical and/or translational research. This includes faculty, clinical staff, practicing physicians, students (medical, graduate, nursing, pharmacy, occupational and physical therapy, predoctoral and postdoctoral students, etc.), residents and fellows
  2. Community and Industrial Partners who are collaborating with investigators
  3. Students and trainees who wish to participate in ICTS educational or training programs

Sponsorship

IN ADDITION: Fellows, Trainees, Post Doctoral Scholars and Nursing Students
An ICTS member (most likely your mentor) must submit an email to ICTS@wustl.edu supporting your membership. Your name and your sponsor’s name must be identified in the email.

Benefits of Membership

ICTS membership will provide:

  • Access to Core facilities, consulting services and education and funding opportunities
  • Increased exposure to collaborative relationships
  • Exposure to national opportunities available through other CTSA sites
  • Opportunities in clinical and translational research training programs for students and junior faculty
  • Quarterly updates of ICTS progress and additional services offered to members

Obligations of Membership

  • Provide requested information when using ICTS Cores and services
  • Log publications and awards resulting from use of ICTS Cores and services and respond to ICTS tracking and evaluation requests
  • Acknowledge NIH Funding for all publications and projects that use any ICTS Core or service
  • Provide information about your research for the CTSA annual progress report to the NIH
